Those who spend $90 or more in the past year are upgraded to the Laneige Bestie tier, while those spending $300 or more are elevated to Laneige Icon tier. Tier status is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification, after which requalification is required. Tier benefits, which are listed on the Rewards Page, are subject to change depending on promotions and seasons.

Members earn points, known as Points, when purchasing Laneige products and by participating in certain activities listed on the Rewards Page. The rate at which points are earned depends on membership tier: Laneige Squad earns one point per dollar spent, Laneige Bestie earns two points per dollar, and Laneige Icon earns three points per dollar. Points can be redeemed for discounts or promotional goods available on the website, but they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and all redemptions require a purchase. Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned, and accounts inactive for one year may have points expire.

The program may offer special promotions from time to time, including bonus points or point multipliers, to certain members or groups. These promotions are governed by the general program terms unless otherwise specified. Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged, and the program reserves the right to adjust point balances to correct errors or remove improperly credited points.
